Meet Paul Minnich

Born and raised in York County, Paul Minnich’s roots run deep in our community. A graduate of York Suburban High School and Millersville University, Paul received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He and his wife of over 33 years, Donna, live in Manchester Township and have two adult children, Mariah and Max.
Paul is a practicing attorney and partner at Barley Snyder, a nationally recognized law firm with over 135 attorneys and 11 offices located throughout South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. He has spent his career focused on the resolution of business and real estate disputes. Paul also has substantial experience handling trust disputes, will contests and guardianship proceedings.
During his 30 year career he has represented some of York County’s largest and most well respected companies and non-profit organizations including Kinsley Construction, WellSpan Health, York College, PeoplesBank, Burkentine Builders, Hanover Architectural Products, Glatfelter Insurance and Shipley Energy, just to name a few.
A trusted leader in our community, Paul has spent his career supporting the growth and advancement of York County. He has served as a member of the board of directors of local organizations including WellSpan Health, True North Wellness, Leadership York, Eichelberger Performing Arts Center and the York County Bar Foundation.
